Description

Designed for heavy‑duty grooving and parting on CNC lathes, these MGMN400 inserts feature a 4.0 mm groove width and an M‑style clamping configuration. Manufactured from premium tungsten carbide and coated with a TiAlN‑based PVD layer, they offer high hardness and oxidation resistance under elevated cutting speeds.

Grade Details:

NC3020: PVD‑coated fine‑grain substrate; ideal for semi‑finishing to finishing on carbon and alloy steels.

NC3030: Enhanced toughness, thicker coating; suited for medium‑load cutting on steels and alloy steels, even under light interruption.

PC9030: Designed for stainless steel and heat‑resistant alloys; reduces built‑up edge and maintains sharpness at lower speeds.
