The Microwave Ceramic Line Fuse prevents the appliance from overheating and to ensures it works properly during the cooking cycle. This part is designed to be used with many major microwave brands, including Whirlpool®, Kenmore®, Maytag®, JennAir®, KitchenAid® and Amana®; check to see if your model number is compatible. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the microwave and novice repair experience. You must unplug the appliance or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part.
