The joints we use are made of aluminum. Most our competitors use plastic joints and mechanisms which will not last as long as metal.
We use a very heavy duty round base that's got some serious weight to it! This makes the stand very sturdy. We also put thick form underneath the base to protect your floor. The diameter of the base is 9.84” inches. The total weight of this heavy-duty stand weighs in at 8.8 lbs.
For added convenience we added wire clips that allow you to route the wire cleanly.
