Description

This lid will take your hobby to the next level! Use this lid to turn your 12" 35L boilers like Robobrew, BrewZilla, DigiBoil, Anvil Foundry, or T500 (tight fit) and any 2" sanitary accessory condenser unit into your own easy to use electric distillery. Designed to offer a sturdy connection point when using medium-heavy distillation columns or off-center steam condenser units. Much heavier stainless than our 47mm punched hole distillation lids. If you have a heavy condenser this will hold it much steadier than the lighter weight lid. The big 12" silicone lid gasket is included but you will need a 2" sanitary clamp and gasket. if attaching the AlcoEngine DS120 Peckerwood or DS130 copper column you will need a the clamp and a special single-side 2"gasket.

The large 12" lid gasket comes installed and is replaceable. It has two distinct sides, one that is rounded and one that is completely flat. When installing the gasket the flat side should be facing up. Use one hand to stretch the gasket around the lid and the other to push the gasket into the channel.
