Rack positions the board behind the rear axle to keep heels from hitting it, and keeps the center of gravity low. Pannier simply mounts onto most existing rear carrier racks. Cushioned rubber coating keeps the skateboard from rattling around and holds it securely. Will work with some styles of longboard skateboards.
