The wire harness to the IAC valve is a well known issue on Polaris EFI machines. It will vibrate over time and break the wires either internally or externally and can be hard to diagnose. Many times it will throw a code but not always. This particular plug is a four wire plug. Please check to make sure you do not have a six wire plug. Fix it now with our own version of the Polaris 2878507 harness repair kit. Simply cut off the old harness and use the included butt connectors or solder the connections to the new pigtail. Our pigtail fits perfectly to the IAC valve and has 6" long wire leads.
