Special Features

  • Fits rear, left & right on the following Polaris models: 1996-1998 Sportsman 500, 1999-2000 Sportsman 335, 1999 Diesel 455, 1999 Worker 335, & 1997 Xplorer 500. Please note these are for models that use the double U-joint axles.
  • Features 4140 chromoly steel bars for a higher tensile strenth and more durability. Engineered as a direct replacement, fully-assembled, and ready to install. Please note the bearings will be included inside the axle boxes.
  • High speed bearings manufactured for long life. Double lip seals made to keep grease in and dirt out.
  • Replaces Polaris OEM # 1380110, 3514635, 3585502. Compressed overall axle length: 527.5 mm. Inner CV joint splines: 36, Outer CV joint splines: 26.
  • Warranty: 2 Years (excluding torn boots & use on lifted vehicles). Lift kit voids warranty, parts are not designed to be used on modified suspensions.
