Special Features

  • Fits front, right (passenger side) on the following Honda UTV models: 2015-2024 Pioneer 500, 2021-2025 Pioneer 520.
  • Features a 4140 chromoly steel bar for a higher tensile strenth and more durability. Engineered as a direct replacement, fully-assembled, and ready to install.
  • Joints fitted with neoprene CV boots for flexibility and resistance to hot/cold temperatures. Utilizes high-performance moly grease for protection against the environment and to keep vital components lubricated.
  • Replaces OEM # 44250-HL5-A01, 44220-HL5-A01. Inner joint spline count: 25, Outer joint spline count: 24, Compressed axle length: 520 mm.
  • Warranty: 2 Years (excluding torn boots & use on lifted vehicles). Lift kit voids warranty, parts are not designed to be used on modified suspensions.

Fits front, right (passenger side) on the 2015-2024 Pioneer 500, 2021-2025 Pioneer 520 * Features a stronger than OEM chromoly steel shaft fitted with neoprene boots filled with moly based grease for added wear and puncture resistance * Compressed Length: 520 mm / 20.47", inobard Spline Count: 25, outboard Spline Count: 24 * Replaces OEM # 44250-HL5-A01, 44220-HL5-A01.
