Special Features

  • Fits front, left and right on the following Suzuki ATV models: 2003-2007 Vinson 500 4x4 (both LT-A500F Automatic & LF-F500F Manual).
  • Features 4140 chromoly steel bars for a higher tensile strenth and more durability. Engineered as a direct replacement, fully-assembled, and ready to install. Please note the bearings are usually shipped inside the axle boxes.
  • Joints fitted with neoprene CV boots for flexibility and resistance to hot/cold temperatures. Utilizes high-performance moly grease for protection against the environment and to keep vital components lubricated. High speed bearings manufactured for long life. Double lip seals made to keep grease in and dirt out.
  • Replaces OEM # (axles) 54902-03G23, 54902-03G22, 54902-03G21, 54902-03G20, 54902-03G10, 54901-03G22, (bearings) 08123-60067, 09283-38012, 09283-38013. Compressed length: left - 486 mm, right 535 mm, Inner splines: 20 (both), Outer splines: 20 (both).
  • Warranty: 2 Years (excluding torn boots & use on lifted vehicles). Lift kit voids warranty, parts are not designed to be used on modified suspensions.

This set of new CV axles & wheel bearing kits fit front left & right on the 2003-2007 Vinson 500 4x4 * Features stronger than OEM chromoly hardened steel axle bars * Greased with a moly based grease to provide superior joint lubrication * Fitted with neoprene CV boots for added wear and puncture resistance * High speed bearings manufactured for long life * Double lip seals made to keep grease in and dirt out * Compressed Length: left - 486 mm, right 535 mm, inner Spline Count: 20 (both), outer Spline Count: 20 (both) * Replaces Suzuki OE # (axles) 54902-03G23, 54902-03G22, 54902-03G21, 54902-03G20, 54902-03G10, 54901-03G22, 54901-03G20, 54901-03G10, & bearings (08123-60067, 09283-38012, 09283-38013).
