The customer is responsible for paying the costs for returns of this part if the above fitment tool has not been used. Prepaid return labels will not be issued by the seller for this type of error.
Purchased bundles may only be returned as a complete bundle. Partial returns of bundles is not permitted.
Struts should always be replaced in pairs (front or rear). This reduces the overall time required to replace two struts at different times. In most cases, when one strut fails, the other is close behind).
Six month warranty on all AutoShack parts.
Please note product bundle will be delivered in multiple packages with separate individual tracking numbers. AutoShack does not provide free returns. Cost of return is only covered in the event of an AutoShack error.
No reimbursements will be given for the delay, labor, mileage, or any other costs involved in the installation or re-installation of the auto parts in question.
