  • Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of any rust scale, oil, grease, loose paint, or sanding dust. Sand the surface with P120-220 grit sandpaper and wipe clean. For best results, prime bare or rusted surfaces.
  • Application: Shake the can for 1 minute. Apply 2 coats from a distance of 10-12 inches, allowing 1-2 minutes of flash time between coats. Let the final coat cure for 30 minutes.
  • Drying: The coating will be dry to the touch in 24 hours, but allow 72 hours for a complete cure before placing objects in the truck bed.
