Brushed sterling

To prolong the time your pin will be free from tarnish store your jewelry in an air tight container and avoid exposing it to chemicals, lotions or makeup. Tarnish will naturally occur over time when the metal reacts with the air and moisture in your environment. To keep your brushed sterling pin bright and shiny when tarnish occurs simply rub the face of the earring with a scotch brite pad, similar to those you might scrub your kitchen sink with.
