There are two pieces of Velcro on the back that attach to the collar allowing minimal movement. The Velcro on the back will fit to the same size collar (example: small bow, small collar).

Small size dimensions: 3.5in x 3.5in
Medium size dimensions: 4.5in x 4.5in
Large size dimensions: 5.5in x 5.5in

Care instructions: Cold wash, air dry, iron to reshape.
