The SYBT4 consists of 4 battery modules. The metal modules are clean system pulls that come with new batteries installed. Each module is tested before shipping to ensure functionality. Please make sure to install 4x battery modules at a time. A whole row needs to be replaced, otherwise the battery errors will not go away. If you have questions, please ask us, we are happy to help. This product is not suitable for companies who have a service contract with APC.
