Installation the KE01-27-97X Rear Differential Viscous Coupler Coupling:
Preparation: Ensure the vehicle is on a flat surface and engage the parking brake securely. Please turn off the engine and allow it to cool.
Lift the vehicle: Use a car jack to lift the vehicle to a sufficient height where you can work safely. Before lifting the vehicle, refer to the vehicle's user manual for the correct lifting points.
Remove the rear differential: Using appropriate tools, remove the bolts from the rear differential cover plate and carefully remove the cover. Be cautious not to damage the sealing gasket.
Clean the work area: Before installing the new coupler, make sure to clean the interior work area of the differential. Use a cleaner and a clean cloth to remove any dirt and oil stains.
Install the new coupler: Carefully place the new KE01-27-97X rear differential coupler into the differential. Ensure it is aligned correctly and fully inserted.
