Description

This titanium coated H7 metric machine reamer set is constructed from high speed steel featuring titanium coating and precision-ground cutting edges. The 5-piece set includes 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14mm diameters, H7 tolerance grade. Straight flute design suits both through holes and blind holes. Straight shank fits milling machines, drill presses, and other machinery. Before use, pre-drill holes with 0.1–0.3mm allowance. During use, keep reamer aligned with hole, select appropriate speed and feed, use cutting fluid. Do not turn back to prevent edge damage. Suitable for hole finishing in machinery manufacturing, mold work, and part assembly.
