When Opening Box: Check for liquid leakage due to shipping. If there is major leakage and the product doesn't work as intended, contact support.
Resolving Sand Clumping: After long transit, sand may clump. Remove the circular frame from the stand, gently shake it side to side to break up the clumps, then place it back on the stand and flip it several times.
Adjusting Air Bubbles for Sand Flow:Fewer Bubbles: For a slower, more graceful sand flow, gently shake the frame to evenly distribute air and create more bubbles.
More Bubbles: To reduce bubble density and restore flow, place the frame horizontally and flip after bubbles have merged.

Addressing Bubble Total Insufficiency: If the product doesn't function properly after adjustments, it may be due to liquid loss during shipping. Contact customer service for a possible replacement.
