Each XDOG Resistance Band set comes with 1 x 8 foot resistance band with metal clips, 1 x ground strap, and 1 x carrying pouch. To use, simply attach the band to your dog's XDOG weighted vest using the metal clips (vest sold separately), then use the ground strap to secure the band to any fence/pole/tree.
The resistance band provides 50-60 lbs of low impact resistance that helps to strengthen stabilizer and core muscles. Resistance increases in sync with your dog's distance from their tether, providing a dynamic workout that improves joint flexibility while working several muscle groups at the same time.
