The "Sewak Al-Kureyşi" or "Miswak" is the root of a Peelu tree (Salvadora Persica) known in Arabic as "Arak". The Sewak is the natural, safer & more affective tooth brush in comparison with ayntenic toothbrushes. Its soft fibres reach more easily between the teeth where the conventional tooth brush often misses (flossing effect).
