Special Features

  • 1. Ender 5 Plus Upgraded Build Plate Top Plate Only: This part Only includes 1pc flexible, removable spring steel plate. Not come with the matching magletic base, then you can use your stock pad to hold the plate in place on the bed of 3D printer, no need for an ever-growing collection and reduce the cost.   • 2. Smooth PEY + Texture PEI Surface: the PEY shows a vibrant & rainbow-like array of colors, along with a celestial starry pattern. Through this dual presentation, the print surface becomes dazzling, allowing even monochromatic materials to exhibit a colorful and enchanting effect. The PEY supports temp up to 180°C, making it ideal for low-temp filaments like PLA. Our PEI Powder-coated provides a delicate matte texture, exuding a calm and stable quality, with high-temp resistance up to 300°C.
  • 3. Great First Layer Adehsion: An Appropriate Z value is VERY important, for example, setting -0.945 on Prusa i3 MK3S+. If too low, filament buildup or no 3d printing material extrusion, easily scratch the bed surface either. If too high, the prints comes off the build plate, messing things up. Turn OFF the cooling fan and Slow Down the print speed 10-25mm/s is necessary for a 3d printing project's first few layers. Regular cleaning, a Dry filament and Hems adding work for a good first layer.

Total 0.7mm Thickened Steel Plate: Adopt a 0.4mm thick stainless steel plate that is resistant to deformation and rust, use a new technology to well stick the thick PEY film and our proprietary high-adhesion PEI formula. With high flatness and ample toughness, it provides strong adhesion, making it extremely user-friendly. High quality steel plate, thousands of bends without deformation. We have extensively tested and verified the results on various machines.
  • 5. Easy to Use and Maintain: Size: 370 x 377mm, replacement or diy your own ender 5 plus platform, not for voron2.4 R2 350mm build. Put the printing plate onto the hot bed(make sure it own the magents), then the print bed levelling sensor will automatically go on while machine powered on. Let the plate cool down before removing the model to avoid damaging the coating. Slightly bend it, pop off the prints! Regular cleaning with alcoholl or a cleaning agent is recommend to maintain surface clean.

Easy to use: The smooth surface has a factory protective film. Please peel off it first. Aligh it onto the magentic heated bed, then do a bed leveling. Attention should be paid to the print head nozzle-to-surface distance to prevent permanent scars.
Simple Maintain: Dirt and oil stains can reduce print adhesion and affect the clarity of the color star pattern on the PEY surface. Regular cleaning with alcohol or a cleaning agent is recommended to maintain surface cleanliness. The pattern that gets transferred is very cool.
