Please note that this "Refurbished" unit would have few marks and blemishes, however; it is fully tested and warranted to function as NEW. Additionally, this scanner is NOT compatible with Windows 11 OS, and there are no software available for download on Fujitsu website. However; we will include a copy of original CD that Fujitsu created for this scanner which have all the software and documentations for earlier version of Windows OS. AC adapter and USB cable are included.
