Lymph nodes are structures that help our immune system fight off unwanted visitors. They are found all over the body with large groupings in the neck, armpits and groin. This colourful model is made of durable plastic and is incredibly detailed. This model clearly displays many key anatomical features including: capillaries, the cortical follicles, afferent and efferent lymphatic vessels, the trabecula, the capsule, the main vein and artery, and the hilum.
