Only a steel plate sticked with PEI on one side, the side with pei is for printing. The performance may be not good without the soft magentic base to keep the flatness, don't recommand to use it sepeartely. A spare part for the combined kit at our store. This is a CLOSEOUT ITEM.
Size:Diameter 380mm/14.9inch, compatible with Anycubi Predator if it has the sticker base, or other 3D printers with the same size sticker printing bed. (Please measure your build plate,not rely on bulid volume before ordering).
The steel plate is made of high quality stainless steel, which has good flatness and durability. Due to its large size, it's normal to have a little shake just holding it. This will fade away when putting on the magentic base. Flexible and removable.
After installing, please level the heated bed and please mind the distance between nozzle and surface to avoid scratching the surface. When complete printing, let the steel plate cool dow, easy to remove the prints. If still stuck, just slightly bend the plate to pop the prints off.
Kind Tips: We have sticked the PEI on one side of the steel plate by machine, so you don't need to worry about the bubbles any more. If you receive the package but found the air bubbles or scratches, please don't worry, they are the under the film, PEI will not be affected. Clean the pei surface with alcohol or lightly scour it with wild steel wool with 400 grit to have good adhension.
