This is a replacement Embedded Display Flex Cable for A1418 2017 and A2116 2019 series, this eDP cable for use with 4K Retina screens uses a cable with a 60-pin connection on the logic board and a 60-pin connection on the LCD panel.

The eDP (Embedded DisplayPort) cable connects the logic board to the LCD panel and transfers power and video data, there are two eDP cables for 21.5" computers released Mid 2017 and this cable is only compatible with those that have Retina 4K displays.
