Conventional troubleshooting methods:
① Unable to charge wirelessly after installing the phone case:
Reason 1: Replacing the phone case with a metal free backboard or removing any attached metal foreign objects can release the FOD mode and restore normal charging.
Reason 2: The wireless charger is compatible with MagSafe phone cases with some magnetic properties. Suggest replacing the phone case without Magsafe for a better charging experience.
② Unable to charge wirelessly quickly or slowly:
Reason 1: Replace the appropriate QC/PD protocol power adapter and provide a voltage of 9V or 12V. You can achieve a maximum charging rate of 15W.
Reason 2: When connecting the wireless charger to the power adapter, make sure that the indicator light flashes twice. At this time, the wireless charger can output a maximum charging rate of 15W normally.
Reason 3: Some mobile phones do not display fast wireless charging status. When the charging protocol power is equal to 7.5W/10W/15W for fast charging, the indicator light is in a blue breathing light state;
Reason 4: When the phone temperature is too high, it will reduce the wireless charging power to reduce heat generation. It is recommended to use in a room temperature environment of 0-25 ℃ for optimal charging efficiency.
③ The product cannot be used upon delivery, or cannot be used normally after a period of delivery:
Reason 1: It may be caused by common faults ① and ②.
Reason 2: The phone was not placed correctly, and the wireless charger was unable to recognize the phone properly;
Reason 3: The optimal ambient temperature for use is 0-25 ℃ (degrees Celsius), providing the best charging experience.
