This Eaton E50SA limit switch body is intended for use with an Eaton switch receptacle and operating head (not included). The switch body receptacle has a zinc die cast enclosure and Viton gaskets, seals and boots for chemical resistance. The single-pole single-throw snap action normally-closed (NC) and normally-open (NO) contacts switch from closed to open and open to closed at the same time, regardless of the actuating speed. This limit switch body is Underwriters Laboratories Listed (UL), Canadian Standards Association (CSA) certified, and European Conformity (CE) compliant for quality assurance, meets Ingress Protection (IP) 67 standard for protection from dust and water, and is suitable for use in plant and building automation systems.
