  • 1. A NEW Ender 5 Plus Build Plate Top Plate Only: 1PC 377x370mm/14.84x14.56in Smooth PEO+Textured PEI Flexible Removable Heated Bed Replacement Accessory, No magentic bottom sheet.
  • 2. Double sided Build Plate: One side textured pei powder(Gold) + another coated PEO sheet, gives you two Different experiences on one plate just by flipping it over. The matte texture makes it easier for the printing material to adhere to the surface, especailly for ABS. So does the smooth side. It leaves a Diamondlike finish inside with the beautiful-texture.
  • 3. Solution for first layer adhesion: **Do Not Sand on this PEO bed to avoid permanent damage.** No glue, No tap, Adjusting an Appropriate Z value is very important, if too low causing a filament buildup and easily scratch the print bed. Too high the prints come off the build plate, can't stick onto the hotbed. Key factors for a good layer: Turn OFF the cooling fan and Slow Down the speed to 10-25mm/s when printing the first few layers. A Dry filament and Skirtings also help.
  • 4. Wide 3d printing material Compatibility: The PEI Printing Surface can be compatible with PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, PA-CF, WOOD and any other filaments. Perfect printing size works well with Crealty Ender 5 Plus. Different filament has a bed temperature setup, our testing result for your reference: PLA: 50-65℃, PETG: 70-80℃, TPU: 60-70, ABS: 90-100℃. For high-temp required filament ABS, we recommend to print on the Textured PEI surface, Not on the Smooth PEO side.
  • 5. Simple Installation and Use: A drop-in replacement for the stock glass bed. First install a magetic sticker onto the non-heated bed, then align this flexible spring steel onto it. The steel PEI plate can be magnetically bonded to the sticker. Then level the bed with auto bed leveling sensor. Easy to adhere the filaments to the printing bed. No need for tape and glue stick which release your printing anxiety. Easy to remove the prints, slightly flex it repeatedly to pop your prints right off.
