Manufactured entirely in Berlin by BMW from 1970 to 1973, the R75/5 featured a 750cc boxer opposed-twin engine that could reach speeds of 112mph (180 km/h). It is no surprise then that the German Police service chose the R75/5, it offering the power, handling and reliability they needed. Revell's detailed model features a multi-part frame, forks and engine, rotating wheels, large fairing and windshield, top-box with side panniers, siren, vinyl tubing for fuel & brake lines, plus many chromed parts for that classic 70s look. A centre-stand is also included and can be positioned folded or extended for display. The BMW logo, word mark and model designation are trademarks of BMW AG and are used under license.
