The Daiwa Caldia MQ LT fishing reel is the strongest Caldia ever and shines in all points. The MQ roller body allows the use of a larger gear that is significantly stronger and more resilient compared to conventional gear designs, providing optimal return force. The very light Zaion V-roller body ensures torsion-resistant, optimal storage of the gearbox. Thanks to the special construction of the gear teeth, the smoothness is improved and the service life of the gear unit is increased.

The MagSealed construction reliably prevents water and dirt particles from entering the roller body via the main axis. The CNC machined longcast aluminum spool provides less friction resistance at the casting edge and provides better casting distances. The finely adjustable ATD brake provides high stopping power and starts without the usual higher starting resistance and ensures optimal release of the line - ideal when using thin lines and in critical drilling situations.
