Uchida's Le Pen Pigment is light fast and pigmented. This pen is water based, smudge resistant and smooth writing. There is an extra fine synthetic tip and works well on thin papers. The ink is quick drying and non toxic. Ink color matches the color of the barrel. The pen is made in Japan.
