This climate control module consolidates OEM modules that are used in vehicles with and without rear defrost.To install the button cover, locate the bag with the button covers that are provided in the box and simply place the desired cover (Blank or Rear Defrost) over the button opening and press down firmly and evenly until it clicks into place.

If the button cover needs to be removed, insert a small screwdriver into one of the 2 slots along the buttom of the button cover and gently pry up until it becomes loose.

Repeat on the second slot to completely remove the button cover.
Note: A thin cloth or tape can be placed on the face plate of the module where prying will occur to prevent markings or damage to housing.
