HOW TO USE IT:
1.Find a place, where you can relax for 8-10 minutes.
2.Lay down on the yoga mat, bed, sofa or floor.
3.Place the neck stretcher under your neck and allow your neck and head to completely relax.
4.Bend your knees and place your hands beside your head.
5.Relax, breath deeply and notice how your neck and shoulder muscles melt down.
6.Reposition lightly every few minutes.
7.Start slowly and gently. At the beginning we recommend 5 minutes on convex side. Gradually you can prolong the time and when you feel you can use stronger traction you can change to concave side of the stretcher.
