Synthrapol is an industrial strength neutral detergent created especially for dyeing fabric. Used as a pre or post wash, it helps prevent fading by keeping loose dye particles in suspension. It also works well as a wetting agent for wool and other difficult-to-wet fibers. For marble, it can be added directly to the colors to facilitate diffusion.
