Application
These furniture screws are designed for use with wood furniture, including hardwood or solid wood. They are suitable for furniture combinations where threaded inserts are used to drill the right size hole and installed with the provided hex key, followed by screwing in the nut connector screws.
Recommended Drill Bit for Wood
For Soft Wood: Use a 3/8" (8.5mm/9mm) drill bit. The threads cut will easily go into the wood.
For Hard Wood: Use a 3/8" (10mm) drill bit. Please drill a hole close to the outside threads diameter. If the hole is too small, screwing it may split the wood or insert.
Tips: If you are unsure of the hardness of the wood material, please drill a properly sized hole for a test before installing it.
