We are often asked 'Can you use the bead spinner with needle waist beads?' and 'What size of seed beads can be used with the bead spinner?' Our bead spinner can be used with a wide range of shapes and sizes of beads, including waist beads, small and large seed beads and even crystal beads. Our kit does include 3 curved needles, which works well with small or large beads and can be used with all sizes of string since the eye of the needle is so large.

3 Styles of Needles Are Included

As mentioned, we do include 3 different types of needles as we understand that 1 needle typically does not fit all sizes of beads and threads. The big eye and collapsible curved needles are perfect for thin or thick string and can be used with a variety of beads. The small eye needle can be used with thinner thread, but can also catch small or large beads.

How to Use

Fill your beading bowl until it is 1/4 full. Load your string material into the eye of your desired needle. Then, spin the wheel of the beading bowl spinner by using the spindle at the top of the bar. Angle your needle in the opposite direction of whichever way the beading bowl is spinning and slowly place your needle into the bowl.
