  • Inspect and clean the copper strainer annually for maximum efficiency.

Description

The SelecTwist 2" Foot Valve for your irrigation pump has a solid copper inlet strainer for maximum protection. One-way foot valve safeguards your watering pump by keeping it primed when not in use. This rugged, durable valve has a 2" NPT Female connection, copper inlet strainer and bottom cap, lead-free brass body and stem, and stainless steel spring. IMPORTANT: before installing the valve, apply PTFE tape (sold separately) to the pipe male threads. Do not over tighten. Maximum working pressure 200 PSI. Maximum working temperature 180 degrees F. For maximum efficiency, inspect and clean the copper strainer annually.
