ASI 2809850 12 AWG gray insulated wire ferrules which are made for crimping 12 AWG flexible copper cables. They are made from tin plated electrolytic copper. The purpose of using insulated wire ferrules is to reinforce fine wire strands and make terminating a cable into a terminal block easy. The PKD series of insulated end sleeves complies with DIN 46 228/ specifications. Use these wire ferrules where the temperature range is from minus 4 to 239° F. Recommended crimper 2590086 ND#4 for crimping ranges from 20 to 12 AWG (sold separately). Sold in packages of 100.
