Recreational Monofin
The Rapid is a recreational monofin with a large, single blade that enables swimmers to learn proper undulation in the water, while achieving a great core and leg workout. The Rapid's flexible blade lets users swim at greater speeds and depths, and the versatile device can be used in a pool, lake, or ocean. Adjustable heel straps can be fitted to men's US shoe sizes 8 to 12, or women's 9 to 13. Quick-release foot straps provide added safety in the water, as well.
