Who should take the test?
Anyone who wants to monitor their blood sugar levels over the last 90 days and who wants to monitor their Cholesterol to detect any risk of developing cardiovascular and arteriosclerotic diseases early. This test can be conducted regularly (1-2 times per year) in order to react quickly to increases in blood sugar or Cholesterol levels, e.g. with the help of dietary changes.
You should check your long-term blood sugar and cholesterol levels frequently if you:
- Have a family history of high cholesterol or diabetes
- Have sugar cravings
- Experience increased thirst
- Suffer from headaches
- Have high blood pressure
- Are overweight or notice changes in weight
