Description

There are different ways of using our swimming board for kids for different training:
Hold both sides of swim board kids with both hands straight, put head into water, paddle at the same time for breathing exercises.
Hold the front side with both hands, arms placed on the swim kick board and the head remains exposed to the surface of the water. You can practice the combination of waist and leg movements in this way.
Place kick boards between legs. Hand movements for freestyle and backstroke can be practiced this way.
