LOCTITE 5699 is a water/glycol resistant product to use on flexible flanges, machined or cast surfaces, metal or even plastic. It works better than many similar gasketing products available in the market currently. Flange sealing being its major intention, it is highly oil resistant and is tack-free within 10 minutes of its application.
