Lubrication Procedure for Treadmill Belt

Raise one side of the treadmill belt and slide the tube underneath it, positioning it around halfway along the belt. Apply approximately half an ounce (one-eighth of the bottle) of lubricant from the center of the belt out towards the edge.
Repeat the previous step on the opposite side.
Switch on the treadmill and walk or jog on it for 3 minutes.
