Exercise Method 1:
Hold the bar with both hands and move inward, pushing down and bringing them close together. (Difficult, pay attention to safety)
Exercise Method 2:
Hold the bar with both hands and move inward, pushing upwards together. (High risk, pay attention to safety)
Exercise Method 3:
Hold the bar with both hands and place it on top of the head, then push your palms forward, bringing them together. (Difficult, pay attention to safety)
Exercise Method 4:
Hold the bar with both hands and place it at your side. Keep one hand still and push the other hand upwards. (Difficult, pay attention to safety)

1.For beginners or those with less arm strength, it is recommended to start with the 44lbs level. The 88lbs level is suitable for individuals who exercise regularly or are very fit.
2.Before using the Power Twister, make sure to warm up your shoulders and arms thoroughly. You can do this by performing 20 repetitions of both arm circles and bear hugs.
3. Please note that there may be some measuring errors due to manual measurements. We appreciate your understanding and tolerance.
