____Description: These cam lock buckles have a lever with an off center cam that forces it to compress the webbing into the back of the buckle when the lever is pushed down. Cam lock buckles are good for straps that require more frequent adjustment, rather than quick release or closure, which is the main advantage to the side release buckle. Cam lock buckles are great for belts, light duty straps and light to medium duty tie downs. They close with a positive lock and do not slip. ____Notes on Use: These work great with our polypropylene and light weight nylon webbing. They do not work as well with heavy or super heavy nylon webbing due to the thickness of the webbing. D-rings, buckle, triglides etc. are sized by the webbing or straps they are meant to be used with. These are made for use with 1" webbing and or strap.
