The master dice used to create the casting form was designed in house and use a royalty free font that is highly visible and easy to read. The dice you make will be yours to keep or sell with no licensing fee.
Masters are polished to a 1 micron finish so your dice have a glass smooth face with sharp edges when cast. Other than cleaning up flashing from the cap, the dice you pull will need minimal polishing or post processing.
We have developed a proprietary system that makes the 1 face (the dice face that is on the cap) as shiny and smooth as the rest of the faces.
Two types of silicone are used to make the casting form. The base is a premium, durable yet extremely flexible silicone to make removing the dice as easy as possible. The cap is made of a more rigid silicone to help minimize flashing.
Engineered to last for 15+ dice pulls however proper care and careful demolding can significantly increase the life of the product.
At under 3.5 inches wide and less than 2 inches tall, they are compact and can easily be cleaned and stored while not in use.
While most users will use 2 part epoxy resin, UV resin, Jasminite, and soft metals can also be cast. We recommend mixing 60ml of resin for the set, but as your technique gets better, less will be needed.
