We have a huge unit of production of leather, cotton jackets, wool jackets, satin jackets or faux leather jackets and coats. The jacket process starts from pattern making and after approval, it goes into the cutting process. Once cutting is done; it further proceeds to the stitching department where we have special stitching depart supervisors to keep an eye on the stitching process. It's not over yet, when the jacket is ready it goes to QC Control depart where it's been checked many times from every angle. Like the zippers and runners, it is checked with strict standards so our customer never gets any complaints of broken zips at any stage of life. Once the QC Departs approves the jacket is now ready to dispatch.
