800G OSFP DR8 Gen2 SiPh Optical Transceiver Module The 800G OSFP DR8 Gen2 SiPh Optical Transceiver Module is designed for high-speed 800Gbps Ethernet connectivity in AI data centers, cloud computing infrastructure, high-performance computing and next-generation networking environments. Featuring an OSFP form factor and DR8 optical architecture, the module provides 8-channel parallel optical transmission for high-density 800G network applications. The DR8 architecture is designed for single-mode fiber connectivity and is typically specified for transmission distances of up to 500 meters. The module operates around the 1310nm wavelength and is designed for high-speed single-mode fiber transmission. Compared with short-reach multimode solutions, the DR8 architecture provides a longer optical reach, making it suitable for connections across racks, rows and larger data center network environments. The Gen2 SiPh (Silicon Photonics) design provides an advanced optical transceiver solution for high-bandwidth computing and data center applications, helping support the growing connectivity requirements of AI clusters and large-scale Ethernet networks.
