Special Features

  • This station combines a multi-format USB read/write docking station with a standalone offline cloning function for SATA and NVMe storage media. In a computer-connected mode, it provides direct access to M.2 NVMe SSDs, M.2 SATA SSDs, mSATA SSDs, and 2.5" and 3.5" SATA hard drives. The host connection is via a USB Type-C interface according to USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 (20 Gbps). In standalone mode, without connecting to a computer, the device allows direct hardware cloning between two storage media of the same protocol – without software and without system intervention.

  • The specified measured performance scores reach 1.69 GB/s reading and 1.59 GB/s writing to NVMe storage media, as well as up to 529 MB/s reading and 487 MB/s writing to SATA storage media, depending on the storage media used, host interface and system environment. 3 separate source/destination interfaces: 1 x NVMe and SATA compatible M.2 slot, 1 x mSATA slot, 1 x 22-pin SATA connector (7+15). External power supply 12V/3A. Aluminum housing, passive cooling by heat dissipation through the housing.

Supported clone protocols: NVMe to NVMe, M.2 SATA to M.2 SATA, mSATA to mSATA, SATA to SATA, M.2 SATA to mSATA, mSATA to SATA, M.2 SATA to SATA. The clone controller does not perform protocol conversion (not supported examples: NVMe to SATA, SATA to NVMe, mSATA to NVMe). LED to indicate clone progress.

Description

This device combines the functionality of a USB read/write docking station for various formats with the function of a standalone offline duplicator for SATA and NVMe storage media.
In "Connected to a computer" mode, it allows direct access to M.2 NVMe SSDs, M.2 SATA SSDs, mSATA SSDs, and 2.5" and 3.5" SATA hard drives. The host connection is based on a USB Type-C interface according to USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 (20 Gbps).
In standalone mode, without connecting to a computer, the device allows direct hardware cloning between two storage media of the same protocol without software or system intervention.
