1.Please try playing the same audio or video file on another device to confirm whether the issue lies with the media file itself.
2.Check the headphone speaker mesh for any blockage or debris; if found, carefully clean it and try again.
3.Press and hold the Roller button or toggle ANC On/Transparency/ANC Off in the Nothing X app to verify noise cancellation settings.
4.Try adjusting the volume on your phone or the bass intensity in the Nothing X app to see if the audio experience improves.
5.Download the latest version of the Nothing X app, In the app, go to “Settings” > “Firmware Update,” complete the update, and then try using the headphones again.
6.If the above steps do not resolve the issue, try performing a factory reset: Refer to the user manual and press and hold the pairing button for more than 10 seconds. Release the button once the indicator light starts flashing red. Then, try reconnecting the headphones.
