Easy Installation – No Mess, No Tools:
Clean the back panel of your terrarium or aquarium (glass or acrylic). Attach the included transparent tapes to the four corners and edges of each panel (8 per panel recommended). Carefully position the panel against the tank, press firmly, and smooth out any air pockets. If misaligned, gently peel away and reapply – the tape stays sticky and won't damage the background.

Daily dust or light stains: Wipe gently with a dry soft cloth
Stubborn dirt: Use a damp cloth (plain water, no soap). For tough spots, a wet or slightly wet cloth is fine – just don't soak the fabric
What NOT to do:
DO NOT soak the background in water, rinse under a faucet, or machine wash – this will damage the print and fabric
Avoid Bleach, alcohol, soap, or any liquid cleaners – they will cause fading
Tip: Using a wet cloth for stubborn stains is perfectly fine. Just don't submerge the whole background or wash it like laundry.
Suitable for a Wide Range of Pets:
Reptiles & amphibians – bearded dragons, chameleons, leopard geckos, ball pythons, corn snakes, tree frogs, and more.
Fish & aquatic life – freshwater aquariums (attach the background to the outside of the back glass, not in contact with water).
Aquarium note – because the background is NOT waterproof, place it on the outside of the tank. Do not put it inside the water.
Pro Tips for Best Results:
Measure first – measure the back panel of your tank (width × height) before ordering. Our panels are 48" wide × 24" high.
Allow for slight tolerance – there may be a 0.5-inch difference due to cutting; leave a small margin or trim carefully with scissors (polyester fabric cuts easily without fraying).
For aquarium users – attach the background to the outside of the back glass. This keeps it dry, perfectly visible, and easy to clean.
